An all time favourite main dish. Mutton keema and liver combination is droolworthy

Keema kaleji

Ingredients to make Keema kaleji

  • Mutton minced 500 gm
  • Mutton liver 250gm
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 cloves
  • 10 peppercorn
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 2 strand mace
  • A pinch nutmeg powder
  • 2 onion finely chopped
  • 6 clove garlic minced
  • 5 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Keema kaleji

  1. Wash keema and kaleji properly . Pat dry
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add whole spices.
  3. Add onion, ginger garlic and green chillies. Saute for sometime till brown
  4. Add the keema n kaleji together. Fry well... Add powdered spices. Mix well. Cook for 5 minute
  5. Add the curd. Some pudina leaves amd coriander leaves.. Mix well...
  6. Cover amd cook for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  7. Check onces done. Serve hot.
