Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. one and half kg liver pieces
  2. 5 chopped onions
  3. 8 green chilli paste
  4. 3 teaspoon of garlic paste
  5. 2 teaspoon of Ginger Paste
  6. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  7. Half teaspoon turmeric Powder
  8. half teaspoon garam masala powder
  9. Khada Garam Masala including:
  10. 2cloves3 green cardamon
  11. 1black cardamon
  12. 2teaspoon zeera
  13. 1 teaspoon Shahzeera
  14. 1/2inch dalchini stick
  15. 2 petals of phool
  16. 2 tomatoes chopped
  17. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. watch and deliver pieces in a strainer to let the water drain out
  2. Khada Garam Masala
  3. heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions in it
  4. now add green chilli paste ginger garlic paste and all the Powdererd spices
  5. Cook for a while then add the chopped tomatoes in it
  6. now let it cook till the liver pieces are properly tender
  7. now check if the liver pieces are properly done... Cook it on a high flame for at least 5 to 10 minutes till the oil separates...
  8. switch off the flame and Ganesha with chopped coriander
