Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 Beetroots (medium sized)
  2. 1 small bottle gourd
  3. onion 1 big
  4. Garlic (2 cloves)
  5. Salt n pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut beetroot n bottle gourd to a medium size and steam in a steamer.
  2. Suate onions n garlic till slightly brown
  3. Blend the steamed and sauted veges
  4. Sieve, add salt n pepper and bring to a boil. Serve warm..
