Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. White flour 2cups
  2. Powdered Sugar 2cups
  3. Coffee powder 2tsp
  4. Baking powder 1tbsp
  5. Baking soda 1tbsp
  6. Curd 1cup
  7. Oil1/2cup
  8. Milk 1/2cup
  9. Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
  10. Salt 1/2tsp
  11. Cocoa powder 1.5cup
  12. Gems 1packet for decorations
  13. Chocolate for topping
  14. Nutella 1/2cup
  15. Milk 3-4tbsp for frosting

Instructions

  1. Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
  2. Now take vanilla essence, curd and oil and mix these with the help of whisk.
  3. Now add some milk to make the batter smooth and of thick flowy consistency.
  4. Take the cake mould and grease it with oil
  5. Fill the batter in the mould and place it in the microwave
  6. Start the cooking mode at full capacity for 4-5 minutes
  7. Make the frosting from nutella and milk in the mixer so that it thickens.
  8. Check after 4mins with the help of toothpick if its done then stop the microwave else let it be for 1/2more minute.
  9. Now let it cool for about 1/2hour
  10. Transfer the cake to a tray and apply the nutella frosting made.
  11. Garnish it with the chocolate chopped and gems and some powdered sugar.
  12. You can make any design u want with gems or powdered sugar on the cake :birthday:
  13. Serve the soft and delicious cake to your loved ones on their special occasion.
