Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5-6 big size potatoes
  2. 1 table spoon curd
  3. 1 small bowl green chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  5. 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  6. 1 tea spoon red chili powder
  7. 1 tea spoon jeera powder
  8. 1 tea spoon salt
  9. 1.5 tea spoon til
  10. 1 table spoon oil
  11. 10 table spoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes longitudinally or vertically wash in water and dry
  2. Fry once in oil
  3. Press it by back of katori
  4. Fry again till golden brown
  5. Take kadai add oil and fry sesame seeds add all spices
  6. Add fried potatoes curd and mix well
