A punjabi street style aloo chaat recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cubed 5 potatoes
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Salt taste
  4. Pepper a pinch
  5. Aamchoor powder 3 big spoons
  6. Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tbsp
  7. Jaggery 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped onions 1

Instructions

  1. Heat up oil in pan then add all the potaoes and cook till brown and keep it aside
  2. Then take a piece of fried diced potatoe and flatten it using a kitchen towel repeat the process for all
  3. Fry the flattened once again
  4. Then take a pan heat 2 cups of water , sugar and all the spices ....add jaggery and cook till it reduces...chutney is ready
  5. Then take a plate place the potatoes add the prepared chutney , chopped onions and serve hot
