Corn Korma

Ingredients to make Corn Korma

  • Sweet corns 200 gms (steamed)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions 100 gms
  • 1 cup chopped tomato 200 gms
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • Curd + cream 150 gms/ 3/4 cup
  • Salt, red chilli powder and garam masala as per taste
  • Vegetable masala 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • green chillies 2 pieces
  • oil 1 tsp

How to make Corn Korma

  1. Heat oil in a kadai or a non-stick pan.
  2. Saute the onions, capsicum, corns and green chillies together. Add the seasoning as per taste and cook it for 2 mins.
  3. Next, add the tomatoes and cook till it's soft. Add the cream and curd mixture, cook it for 5- 10 mins till the vegetable is cooked properly.
  4. Serve it hot with roti or bread.
