Spicy dal recipe with mutton keema.. Perfect side dish for dinner.. Try this with phulka or jeera rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kabuli chana 1 cup
  2. Tarka dal 1 cup
  3. Rajma 1 cup
  4. Moong dal 1 cup
  5. Chopped onion 2 medium size
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Sugar 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  11. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  12. Mutton keema 1 cup
  13. Mustard oil 4 tbsp
  14. Whole garam masala
  15. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak dal for overnight.
  2. Next day boil it with a pinch of salt and mutton keema.
  3. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  4. Add garam masala, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and cook it in a very low flame.
  5. Add boiled dal and mutton keema in it and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves over it.
  7. This is now ready to serve.
