Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 10-15 green chillies
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 tea spoon jeera
  4. 1/2 tea spoon ajwain
  5. 1 tea spoon mustard seeds
  6. 1 table spoon mustard oil
  7. 1 tea spoon hing
  8. 1 tea spoon amchur powder or vinegar
  9. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  10. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  11. 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  12. 1 table spoon grinded saunf

Instructions

  1. Wash mirchi and wipe it
  2. Cut into small pieces
  3. Take kadai put oil jeera mustard seeds ajwain and hing
  4. Add cut chillis add all spices except vinegar and saunf
  5. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes add saunf and amchur and mix well
  6. Mirchi pickle ready
