ABOUT Mango Mastani RECIPE

Its a famous drink from Pune. You will find so many shops selling Mango Mastani in Maharashtra. Its just a mango shake topped with vanilla ice-cream and garnished with chopped mango and nuts. Its a breeze to make this drink at home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

Mango pulp (I used readymade Alphanso pulp) 2 Cups
sugar 2 tbsp (adjust as per the sweetness of the mango)
milk 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream 6 scopps
Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
Chopped Cashews 2 tablespoons
Chopped pistachios 2 tablespoons
glaced cherries 2 halved

Instructions

Make mango pulp sugar and milk in a blender and blend together nicely.
Take a tall glass and pour in the mango-milk mixture, top it up with 2 scoops of ice cream. Garnish with nuts and glazed cherries.
Make two more servings likewise.
Serve immediately.
