Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Parboiled rice- 2- cups
  2. Diced Veggies like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, paneer - 1- cup
  3. Schezwan sauce - 2- tbsp
  4. Soya sauce - 1- tbsp
  5. Vinegar- 1- tbsp
  6. Schezwan masala- 2- tbsp
  7. Finely chopped ginger and garlic- 2- tbsp1
  8. Spring onion and greens - 1- tbsp each

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Also grease sides of wok with oil. when it is hot add garlic, ginger
  2. Add onion and saute.
  3. Now add all veggies except onion greens and paneer. stir fry them.Now add masalas and mix.
  4. Add boiled rice to this mixture and toss. Now add sauces and tossTowards the end add paneer and greens.
