This recipe is really healthy as there are a lot of veggies in this and also i have used Atta noodles which is also not harmful for kids, the taste of the recipe is ultimate i hope you like it...!!!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Atta Maggi-1-Packet
  2. Maggi masala-1-Packet
  3. Boiled Green peas-1-Cup
  4. Boiled Carrort-1-Cup
  5. Green capsicum-1-small
  6. Tamoto-2-Big size
  7. Onion-2-Medium size
  8. Green chilli-2-Nicely cut
  9. Salt-1-Teaspoon or as per taste
  10. Chat masala-1-Spoon
  11. Oil-1-Teaspoon
  12. Water -1-Cup or as required depends on taste
  13. Red chilli powder-1-Teaspoon
  14. Amchur -1-Teaspoon
  15. Chilli flacks-1-Teaspoon
  16. Origano-1-Teaspoon
  17. boiled Corn-1-Cup

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick pan and add 1 teaspoon oil and add butter slices along with oil.
  2. Add chopped onion in butter and fry till turns into light brown
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft
  4. Add salt and all spices along with Maggy masala and continue stir for 1-2 minutes, add green capsicum and stir for 1 minute
  5. Add all boil veggies and fry for next 1-2 minutes
  6. Add Maggy and cook it for another 3-4 minutes. Adjust water quantity as per your taste if you want maggi with little gravy. Serve hot and enjoy the tasty veggie maggy
