Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Coriander leaves- Handful
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. Oil- 2 tsp
  6. Ginger- 1/2 inch piece
  7. Chilli (as per your taste)
  8. 1 small sized potato

Instructions

  1. Make a fine paste of the ginger, garlic, chilli and coriander leaves.
  2. Cut the potato into small pieces and fry it well.
  3. Add the egg, paste, fried potatoes in a bowl and mix it well together.
  4. Take a pan and heat some oil to cook. Then fry in the egg and potato mixture together.
  5. Serve it hot for best taste!
