Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice- 2- cup
  2. Curd- 2- cup
  3. Milk- 1- cup
  4. cumin seeds- 1- tsp
  5. Mustard seeds- 1- tsp
  6. Urad dal- 1- tsp
  7. Ghee- 2- tsp
  8. Pomogranate- 1- cup
  9. Grapes- 1- cup
  10. Curry leaves- 5- leave
  11. Hing- 1- tsp
  12. Kaju- 5- pieces


  1. first step take a pan add ghee heat it add urad dal, mustard seeds,Cumin seeds, hing,curry leaves, green chillies chopped kaju fry it well & cool it down.
  2. Next step take a pressure cooker add rice wash it nicely and soak it for 10min boil it for 3whistles. After that cool it down and mash it.
  3. Next step add curd, milk, salt mix it well.
  4. Next step add coriander leaves,tadka mix it well. Next add Pomogranate grapes mix it well.
  5. Serve it cool by keeping in friedze.
