Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour- 1- cup
  2. jaggery powder- 6- tbsp
  3. Desi Ghee- 50- gm
  4. Baking powder- 1- tbsp
  5. Pista - 14- pieces
  6. null- 0- null

Instructions

  1. In a plate, Mix desi ghee and jaggery powder
  2. mix well for 5 mins
  3. the mixture will become very soft
  4. Now add baking powder and wheat flour in it
  5. Knead it after adding half of the chopped pista in it
  6. knead it well for 5 mins
  7. roll like a chapati with hand
  8. Give it a shape of cookies with knife or cookie cutter
  9. place all the cookies on the oven tray
  10. preheat the oven for 5 mins at 150 deg
  11. Sprinkle the leftover pista on the cookies
  12. bake all the cookies for 15 mins at 150 deg temperature
  13. take out and let it be cool at room temperature
  14. serve after getting in normal temperature
