Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom- 1- pack
  2. Onion- 1- small
  3. Ghee- 1- 5 tbsp
  4. Curry leaves- 1- strand
  5. Coriander seeds- 1- 1 tsp
  6. Jeera- 1- 1/2 tsp
  7. Methi seeds- 1- 1/4 tsp
  8. Byadagi Red Chilli- 1- 4
  9. Salt- 1- 1/2 tsp
  10. Pepper- 1- 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves- 1- little

Instructions

  1. dry roast - 1tsp coriander seeds, 1/2tsp pepper corns, 1/2tsp jeera, 1/4tsp methi seeds and 4 to 5 red chilli till the aromatic flavour comes. allow it to cool down completely.
  2. now grind the above roasted items into a fine powder. add 1/2 tsp salt (or as per taste) and grind again.
  3. chop the mushroom length wise. now in a pan add these mushroom and fry until the water evaporates (water which mushroom leaves when you fry). keep it aside.
  4. now in a pan add 2 to 3 tbsp ghee. add onions and fry. add curry leaves.
  5. now add the prepared powder and fry till aroma.
  6. now add the mushroom and fry nicely till all the masala are coated on the mushroom.
  7. at last add 1 to 2 tbsp of ghee and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
