Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour- 1- cup
  2. Carrot- 1- small
  3. Potato- 1- medium
  4. Onion- 1- big
  5. Chilli powder- 1- tbp
  6. Salt- 2- tsp
  7. Garam masala- 1- pinch
  8. Oil- 1- required

Instructions

  1. Add wheat flour,1tsp salt and water to make chappathi dough.
  2. Making of stuff pour 2 tbp of oil,add onion slices once it translucent ,to add chopped potato and carrot. once it half cooked add salt and chilli powder. finally add pinch of garam masala .And chopped coriander.
  3. To make a chappthi and put into the tawa,slightly cook.
  4. Make samosa using chappathi and stuff.
  5. Fry the samosa and serve it hot .
