Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida/all purpose flour- 1- cup
  2. Rice flour- 2- tbsp
  3. Vinegar- 1- tsp
  4. Baking powder1/2- 1- tsp
  5. Saffron strands- 4- no
  6. Elaichi- 1- pods
  7. Sugar- 2- cup
  8. Water- 1- cup
  9. Slice of lemon- 1- no
  10. Refined oil- 2- cup

Instructions

  1. Take 1cup maida and 2table spoon rice flour
  2. Mix it by making a batter little thicker than cake batter
  3. Add 1teaspoon of vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder let it sit for 5mins. transfer the batter in a cone
  4. For chasni... Take two cup sugar in 1cup water Boil it for 10mins add elaichi and few kesar strands to it and a slice of lemon
  5. heat the oil in a flat base kadhai. when the oil is hot start pouring the batter through the hole from the cone in circular motion of your hand
  6. turn the side of jalebi once it turns brown... when both sides turn brown... take it out of kadhai and then merge it in the chasni...
  7. take the jalebis out of chasni after few seconds.. serve it hot or cold
