Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 Khoya/mawa
  2. 1 1/2cup Sugar
  3. 2cups water
  4. 5tbsp all purpose flour
  5. Pinch of baking soda
  6. Cardomom powder
  7. Milk for kneading the dough
  8. Oil/ghee/dalda for frying

Instructions

  1. 1.knead khoya,all purpose flour,baking soda until it forms a light dough,you can add milk while kneading if the dough becomes dry. 2.Let it rest for 10 minutes. 3.in a pan add sugar and water,let simmer till it gets 1thread consistency or sticky. 4.Make small balls of the dough and fry it in oil/ghee/dalda on low flame,keep stirring it continuously so that it's evenly fried. 5.4dd the fried jamun balls in the sugar syrup.sprinkle cardamom powder.let it rest for 2hours. 6.Garnish it with silvered almonds. Serve chilled :blush:
