Easy breakfast preparation from left over idli from day before....tasty and healthy breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover idli from day before- 4- 100gms
  2. Green chillies- 2- 10gms
  3. Onion- 1- 50gm
  4. Sugar- 1- 30gm
  5. Salt- 1- 10gms
  6. Turmeric powder- 1- 10gms
  7. Coriander leaves- 1- 10gms
  8. Peanut powder- 1- 50 gms
  9. Curry leaves- 8- 5 gm

Instructions

  1. fine chop onion and green chillies
  2. dice out left over idli
  3. heat oil add onion and cook till its transparent
  4. add green chillies and curry leaves
  5. add all the spices and sugar with peanut powder
  6. add diced IDLI and mix well
