Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato- 1- 1 big size
  2. Red chilli flakes- 1- 1spoon
  3. Garam masala- 1- 1/2 spoon
  4. Salt- 1- 1/2 spoon
  5. Chat masala- 1- 1/2 spoon
  6. Corn flour- 1- 6 spoons
  7. Corn flakes- 1- crushed
  8. Chesse- 1- 1 cube

Instructions

  1. boil potatoes,then peel the skin ,then grate it in to very smooth paste
  2. next add chilli flakes,garam masala,salt,chat masala,3 spoons cornflour then add cheese cube grated mix everthing.
  3. now make balls out of the potatoes,apply some oil to hand make in to balls,put all of them in a plate
  4. know prepare slurry with cournflour,2 spoons with required water
  5. grind cournflakes with help of mixee in to fine powder,take it in to plate.
  6. know dip the ball in to slurry with help of a spoon,then in to the powder,deep fry it on a meduim flame to low flame.
  7. know your cheese balls are ready.
