Wheat Jaggery Choco Mugcake - without oven

In a bowl add all the dry ingredients first and give a mix. Then add oil, milk, jaggery and give one more gentle mix. Check the sweetness if you find it less you can add 2 more tbsp of jaggery. ( my family prefer less sweetness)

Pre-heat the kadai for 10 min. Now pour the mixture of about 2½ tbsp in each tea cups or ¼ cup in mugs.

Now place them in pre-heated kadai and bake them for about 25-30 minutes. After 25 minutes prick toothpick to the cakes and check are they done or not. (if toothpick doesn't come clean bake it for 5 more minutes).

Once done remove the mugs from kadai and let it cool down. Now serve jaggery choco cake.
