Delicious sweet made with few ingredients.
Apply ghee on a tray and set aside.
Soak saffron in hot water for 30 minutes .
Place pan on low flame.
Saute the grated coconut without browning it.
Add sugar and stir.
Once it turns to a lump add saffron with water.
Add ghee and stir till a bit dry.
Transfer to the tray ,spread to desired thickness .
Sprinkle pistachio and press lightly.
Let set for few seconds, and slice it.
