Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot- 4- 4
  2. Ghee- 1- 3 TBS
  3. Milkmaid (Optional) - 1- 4 TBS
  4. jaggery (Powder) - 1- 3Tbs
  5. Cashews, Almonds, Raisins(Crushed) - 6- 6 nos each


  1. Take a shallow pan, add Ghee (Preferably homemade Ghee), Saute Grated Carrots with medium heat and stir it continuously.
  2. Once the carrot becomes soft add Jaggery and milkmaid by stirring it for two minutes.
  3. Turn off the stove, add crushed almonds, cashews and Raisins.
  4. After 5 minutes, add a teaspoon of with ghee and make medium round shape laddoo.
