Yummy quick lava cake made with oreos

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chocolate oreo biscuits- 3- pc
  2. Powered sugar- 1- tsp
  3. Baking powder- 2- pinches
  4. Milk- 2- tbsp
  5. Bournville/galaxy chocolate- 2- pc

Instructions

  1. Take 3 oreos, powered sugar, baking powder in a mixer jar and grind to make a fine powder . Mix thoroughly to check there are no lumps in the mixture left.
  2. Empty the mixture in a mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp milk n mix thoroughly to make a smooth batter /paste.
  3. Take a cupcake mould and add 1tbsp of this paste. Then place the chocolate pc and again add 1tbsp of this paste.
  4. Take microwave safe dish n place the cupcake mould in it .
  5. Switch on the microwave n press "micro" button to get highest temperature setting. Press "1minute" button n then press start button.
  6. After this 1min cooking, take out your lava cake n wait for 2-3 mins to cool down .Flip the cupcake on a liner or your plate . Sprinkle some icing sugar n cake is ready .
