Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer- 250- gram
  2. Onion- 4- piece
  3. Tomato- 2- piece
  4. turmeric powder- 1- tsp
  5. Salt- 2- tsp
  6. Red chilli powder- 3- tsp
  7. cumin seeds- 1- tsp
  8. coriander Cumin powder- 2- tsp
  9. Capsicum- 2- piece
  10. Garam masala powder- 1- tsp
  11. Kashuri methi- 1- tsp
  12. Curd- 1- small cup
  13. ginger garlic paste- 1- paste
  14. Green chillies- 4- piece

Instructions

  1. Take a container add curd, turmeric powder, salt,red chilli powder, Cumin coriander powder,sugar, Kasuri Methi mix it well and chopped panner, capsicum cubs, chopped onion cubes mix it well and naminate it for 30min.
  2. Next step take a pan add oil heat it put naminated panner, capsicum, onion fry it well upto crispy and golden brown.
  3. Take a pan add oil heat it Cumin seeds green chilli, ginger garlic paste onion tomato cashews fry it well and cook nicely and after cool down grand it in fine paste.
  4. Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds,granded paste fry it & add semi fried panner, capsicum cubs, chopped onion cubes mix and Cook it well.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with chapati.
