Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour-100-100 gram
  2. Milk-100-100 ml
  3. Butter -50-50 gram
  4. Milk powder -40-40 gram
  5. Sugar -50-50 gram
  6. Cocoa powder -2-2 tsp
  7. Vanilla essence -1-1 tsp
  8. Baking powder -1-1 tsp
  9. Cocoa powder-1-1 tsp
  10. For toppings, whipped cream-1-1 cup

Instructions

  1. 3. Take all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder and sieve this and keep aside
  2. 4. Take butter and sugar in a mixing bowl
  3. 5. Beat till light and fluffy
  4. Add half of milk and beat again for a minute
  5. Add sieve mixture into butter mixture and beat only one direction
  6. Add vanilla essence
  7. Few drops red food colour and mix
  8. Now add remaining milk
  9. Mix again
  10. Transfer the better in already greased baking dish and spread evenly
  11. Bake this for 25-30 minutes, when done left out
  12. 9. For Hazelnut bath, take lukewarm milk and fresh cream, add cocoa powder and hazelnut spread in a bowl and mix well, and keep aside to till comes to room temperature
  13. 10. Now add condensed milk and mix well
  14. Now pour the mixture over the base
  15. 11. Topped with whipped cream and chopped Hazelnut, garnish and serve chilled and enjoy
