Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken-500-Gms
  2. Chana dal -1-Cup
  3. Boiled potato-1-No.
  4. Onion-2-No.
  5. Green chilly -6-No.
  6. Chopped coriander leaves-2-Tbsp
  7. Garam masala-1-Tsp
  8. Ginger-0.5-Inch piece
  9. Garlic-6-Piec3
  10. Oil-0.5-Cup
  11. Salt-1-Tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for 2 hour, then rinse it. In a pressure cooker add chana dal, chicken, ginger,garlic ,1 onion and 3 chillies. Let it cool for 3 4 whistles. Let it cool and grind it.
  2. Add boiled potatoes to it. Mix well.
  3. Add all garam masala, red chilly powder,chopped coriander leaves and salt to it
  4. Het oil in kadai fry 1 sliced onion with 3 green chillies. When ingon turn brown remove from oil.
  5. Add fried onion with chillies in kebab mixture.
  6. Make heart shaped kebabs and fry at low flame on both sides till done, serve with chutney.
