#bbvalentinesdaycontest. This is very eye catching and lovely preparation. The rose roll is enriched with strawberries, dry fruits. The chocolate banana fudge give a truly enthralling flavour with it's soft lucious structure. The combination of strawberries with chocolate gives a unique refreshing taste to the mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Strawberries, chopped-6-Pieces
  2. Dry fruits(cashew, almonds), chopped-8-Pieces
  3. Beetroot juice-1-Tsp
  4. All purpose flour-100-Gram
  5. Sugar powder-100-Gram
  6. Chocolate, chopped-50-Gram
  7. Banana, mashed-4-Piece
  8. Wheat flour-150-Gram
  9. Milk-50-Gram
  10. Water-200-Gram
  11. Clarified butter-2-Tsp


  1. For rose roll, take all purpose flour and add beetroot juice and make a dough and divide into small portions and flatten them.
  2. Take the pieces and overlap each other half way and place chopped strawberries and dry fruits in center.
  3. From one end roll completely and cut in half so your two roses are ready. Similarly prepare all and steam them.
  4. Take wheat flour and clarified butter in pan and roast till fragrant
  5. Add sugar powder, mashed banana, milk, water and cook well until the mixture turns firm.
  6. Add melted chocolate and mix well. Let it set in mould and take out and place in serving dish and top with the strawberry roll and enjoy.
