Dil a bhar recipe basically for my parents. because they love rasmali. that day wedding anniversary so i made heart shape cake for my valentine.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rasmali- 6- piece
  2. Flour- 2- cup
  3. Baking powder- 1- tsp
  4. Baking soda- 1- tsp
  5. Milk powder- 1- cup
  6. Sugar- 1- cup
  7. Whipped cream - 125- gram


  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/ 180 degrees C. Position a rack in the middle of the oven. Grease a 7-inch cake tin with little butter and dust with flour to coat the pan, or you may use parchment paper.
  2. 2.In a medium mixing bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder. Add salt, whisk the dry ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  3. 3.In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar on medium-high speed until light and creamy, scraping down in between, should take about 2-3 minutes. Or you can use an electric hand mixer/beater.
  4. add milk mix well. then mix properly. then bake for 45 minutes. cool down cake base.
  5. now cut the layers of cake. then start icing. add Rasmalai piece in layers.
  6. cover properly. give structure affect on that. spry golden Colour and put rasmali on top. add dry fruit. now ready our Valentine's special cake
