Ingredients to make Rava Dosa

  • Idli rava 3 cups
  • urad dal 1 cup
  • salt as per your taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cooking soda

How to make Rava Dosa

  1. Soak the urad dal for 2 hours.
  2. Beat the urad dal and idli rava in a mixer together till it has a nice and slightly thick consistency. Soak this mixture for about 3 hours.
  3. Put the dosa batter on the pan and make the dosas.
  4. Serve it with a dip of your choice.
