Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajra Atta - 1 - cup
  2. Oats Powder - 1/2 - cup
  3. Ghee - 5 - Tsp
  4. Baking Powder - 1/2 - Tsp
  5. Salt - 1/4 - Tsp
  6. Almond - 1/2 - cup
  7. Cashew - 1/2 - cup
  8. Pistachio - 1/2 - cup
  9. Raisin - 1/2 - cup
  10. Dates - 2 - cup

Instructions

  1. In a Bowl add 1 cup Bajra powder, 1/2 cup oats powder, 3 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp baking powder & salt as per taste and make the tight dough..Covet it with damp cloth & leave it for 30 mins.
  2. For filling first chop 1/2 cup almond,1/2 cup Cashew, 1/2 cup,1/2 cup raisins,1/2 cup pistachio.. in a blender blend 2 cup dates & make coarse paste..
  3. now take the pan & add 2 tsp ghee.add all thr dry fruits & sesame seed.. fry them for 3-4 mins..now add the dates & mix it well.. saute it tills the date release the oil..add cardamom powder & turnoff the flame..and allow to cool.
  4. Now divide the dough in to equal balls & roll it.. now place it in gujiya mould & fill 1 tsp stuffing and seal it..now fry them in low medium heat..
