Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour- 250- gm
  2. Capsicum- 100- gm
  3. Carrot- 100- gm
  4. Beans- 100- gm
  5. Tomato sauce- 2- tsp
  6. Soya sauce- 1- tsp
  7. Chilli powder- 1- tablespoon
  8. Garam masala- 1- tsp
  9. Turmeric powder- 1- tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel add wheat flour, turmeric powder, salt, luke warm water and mix well
  2. Prepare dough like chapathi dough then separate dough into 4 equal portion
  3. Take Idiyappam presser add this dough. Then take kadai in stove add 4 cups of water. After start boiling press idiypappam presser in boiling water. Wait 30 seconds. Check noodles if cook or not. If noodles are cook take noodles from kadai using laddle.
  4. Take vessal with normal water. Add cooked noodles into water. This step is avoid sticky noodles. Repeat the same step until all noodles prepared
  5. Now noodles are ready. Choped all vegetables in strips shape. Then take kadai add oil in kadai
  6. Add vegetables and saute few seconds till cook. Then add tomato sauce, soyasauce, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  7. Finally add cooked noodles and mix everything. Now wheat noodles are ready.
