  • 300 live ants
  • 5 thai chillies
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • oil for frying

  1. Put 1 tbsp of cornflour into the ants and dust them.
  2. In a wok, heat oil and fry the ants, then keep it aside. Now in a little oil add all the ingredients and stir fry for a minute, then add the corn flour mixed in water to give it a glaze.
