Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 onions, finely chopped
  2. 1 carrot, finely chopped or grated
  3. 1 potato, finely chopped
  4. 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  5. 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
  6. Mungfali/ peanuts 1/4 cup
  7. mustard seeds 1 tsp
  8. 4-5 curry leaves
  9. Sprouts 1/4 cup
  10. 2 bowls semolina


  1. Take a pan, pour oil in it, then add in the mustard seeds. Once it crackles, then add the peanuts, onions and saute till it is golden brown in colour.
  2. Next, add the carrots, potatoes, peas and saute till it cooks. Next, add salt and cover the lid for a few minutes.
  3. In another pan, add 2 bowls of semolina (rawa) and roast till it is light pink in colour.
  4. Once the vegetables are done, add in the roasted semolina and saute it for a minute. Next, add salt and stir it well.
  5. Now add 2 bowls of luke warm water and 1/4 cup curd. Mix it well and cover the lid for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot with any toppings of your choice.

Very tasty..First time I am trying with curd..Super tasty and super healthy
