ABOUT Daal Ke Kebab RECIPE

In my earlier cooking days, I used to watch a few cookery shows. This is a tasty kebab recipe which I saw in the food channel foodfood. I have done little adjustments in the quantity of the ingredients as per my family's taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chana dal 1/2 cup- washed and soaked in water for 1 hour
  2. Onion chopped- 1
  3. Garlic Cloves 5
  4. Ginger 1/2 inch piece, finely chopped
  5. Thick curd 2 tsp
  6. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Oil as required to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked chana dal and wipe it on a kitchen cloth. Then mince it in a blender.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil and chaat masala into the minced dal.
  3. Make equal sized balls and shape them into kebabs. Then shallow fry them with a little oil.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve them hot.
