Daal Ke Kebab

Ingredients to make Daal Ke Kebab

  • chana dal 1/2 cup- washed and soaked in water for 1 hour
  • onion chopped- 1
  • garlic Cloves 5
  • ginger 1/2 inch piece, finely chopped
  • Thick curd 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oil as required to shallow fry

How to make Daal Ke Kebab

  1. Drain the soaked chana dal and wipe it on a kitchen cloth. Then mince it in a blender.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil and chaat masala into the minced dal.
  3. Make equal sized balls and shape them into kebabs. Then shallow fry them with a little oil.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve them hot.

My Tip:

You can also sprinkle lemon juice while serving as per the original recipe.
