Veggie Delight Bread Disc

Ingredients to make Veggie Delight Bread Disc

  • Bread 8 pieces
  • paneer 50 gram
  • capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • Bell pepper (chopped) 1/4 cup
  • tomato (deseeded & chopped) 2 tablespoon
  • corn kernels 1/4 cup
  • Baby corn 5
  • Cheese 1 cube
  • coriander chutney 2 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • salt as required
  • Black pepper as required

How to make Veggie Delight Bread Disc

  1. Grate the cheese, paneer and baby corn.
  2. Mix in the chopped vegetables, corns, grated cheese, paneer and baby corn. Add salt and pepper as per taste and mix it well.
  3. Mix in the tomato sauce, coriander chutney and mayonnaise.
  4. Take a bread slice, cut it in a round shape using a big ring cutter. Take another bread, cut it into another big round shape then a small round shape like that of a ring.
  5. Take the big round bread, apply the sauce mixture on it. Next, put the ring over it and press it slightly such that it sticks. Fill the vegetable mixture in it. Follow this same procedure for the rest of the bread slices.
  6. Bake it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes or till it turns golden brown in colour.
  7. Serve it with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.

My Tip:

You can add oregano and chilli flakes as well. To prepare the coriander chutney, take 100 gram of chopped coriander, salt to taste, 2 teaspoon dahi, 1/2 teaspoon jeera, 2 green chillies, 1 teaspoon garlic and grind it together.
