ABOUT Hibiscus Tea RECIPE

It is made of hibiscus flower, mildly flavored with basil leaves, cinnamon and lemon hibiscus tea has many health benefits like controlling blood pressure, helps in weight loss, increases metabolism and many more and refreshing too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hibiscus flower 2-3
  2. 2 cup water
  3. Basil leaves 4-5
  4. Cinnamon 1 piece
  5. Lemon juice as per taste
  6. Honey as per taste
  7. Ginger 1 inch piece (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of hibiscus flowers or just simply add petals of the flower in 1 cup of water and boil it.
  2. Add basil leaves and cinnamon to it
  3. Make sure to add lemon to the boiling water for a beautiful pink color.
  4. Add grated ginger now if you wish.
  5. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Strain and enjoy this refreshing hot tea
  7. Add honey as per your choice
