Zam Zam Pulao

Ingredients to make Zam Zam Pulao

  • For the mutton balls : Muttonmince1/2 kg
  • onion 1 medium
  • eggs 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoons
  • gram flour 2 tablespoons
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil for deep frying.
  • Mutton liver pieces marinated with salt and turmeric
  • oil 1 tablespoon to cook the liver
  • For pulao : basmati rice 1 kilo
  • ginger garlic paste 5 tablespoons
  • Meat pieces 1/4 kilo
  • chicken pieces 1/4 kilo
  • onions 2 sliced
  • tomato 1 Large
  • Whole garam masala of your choice 1/2 teaspoon
  • curd 2 tablespoons
  • green chillies slit 5 to 6
  • potato fries 2 cups ( for topping)
  • Boiled eggs sliced 2 ( for topping)
  • Pickled beetroot and carrots 2 tablespoons ( for topping)
  • coriander and mint leaves for garnishing
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

How to make Zam Zam Pulao

  1. First prepare all the toppings and keep side.
  2. Mix mutton mince with all the ingredients except oil
  3. Deep fry and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil or ghee.
  5. Add garam masala and onions and fry till translucent
  6. Add tomato and saute till soft
  7. Add the mutton pieces and let them leave water on a medium flame.
  8. Add the curd and masala and keep roasting
  9. Now add the chicken pieces and saute further for a few mins .
  10. Add rice and desired water till its cooked to perfection.
  11. Now remove it in your serving plate and top with the cooked liver , mutton balls , fries , beetroots , carrots , eggs and coriander and mint leaves.
