Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken pieces 500 gm
  2. Onions 3 sliced
  3. Tomatoes 4 chopped
  4. Green chilly paste 3 tbsp
  5. Capsicum 1 sliced
  6. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  7. Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  8. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  9. Red colour a few drops
  10. Salt as per your taste
  11. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Kabab Masala 2 tsp
  13. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  15. Corn flour 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, corn flour, kabab masala and turmeric powder. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown. Add capsicum, green chilly paste and fry for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, fry for a minute. Add chicken pieces along with water and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and cook for a minute. Sprinkle garam masala powder.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
