Ingredients to make Coconut Macaroons

  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  • egg white 1
  • Vanilla 1/2 tsp

How to make Coconut Macaroons

  1. Beat egg white and sugar till frothy.
  2. Add vanilla essence.
  3. Fold the mixture gently with coconut.
  4. Make heaps with spoon on parachment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade and bake for 12-15 minutes till its golden in colour.
