ABOUT Quick Homemade Pickled Jalapenos RECIPE

these crunchy, tangy, and sweet pickled jalapenos are ready in a jiffy! Use in burgers, sandwiches and pizzas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 8 Jalapeno peppers, sliced
  2. 1 cup White vinegar
  3. 1 Cup water
  4. 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  5. 1 tbsp salt
  6. 2 tbsp Sugar
  7. a pinch of Oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, water, garlic, salt, sugar and oregano in a pan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add jalapeno peppers and mix well, turn off heat.
  3. Transfer to a clean bottle and store in the fridge.
  4. Will be ready to eat in 3-4 days.
  5. Stores for 2-3 months if kept refrigerated, always use a clean and dry spoon.

bhavnagri moti mirch can also b used in place of fresh jalapenos
