  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • a pinch of Oregano

  1. Combine vinegar, water, garlic, salt, sugar and oregano in a pan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add jalapeno peppers and mix well, turn off heat.
  3. Transfer to a clean bottle and store in the fridge.
