Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gms Maida
  2. 1 gm dry active yeast
  3. 1/2 cup lukewarm water to activate yeast
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. Garlic 4 Cloves
  6. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  7. 1 tbsp Butter
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Oregano 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add yeast to luke warm water and sugar, leave for 10 minutes till it is active and frothy. Then add flour portion by portion with olive oil, butter, garlic, salt and oregano. Knead for 15 minutes. Keep it aside then put some olive oil and knead for 2 more minutes.
  2. Rest in fridge for a good 3 to 4 hours. Take it out and roll flatly like a chapati. Brush butter nicely and make a semicircle. Dust with some corn meal.
  3. Bake on 180 degree centigrade for 5 to 6 minutes. Bake on 220 degree centigrade for 5 minutes more. Your garlic bread is ready.
