Ingredients to make Crispy Bhature

  • maida 1/2 kg
  • curd 1/2 - 1 cup
  • semolina 1 teaspoon
  • water as required
  • oil for frying
  • salt as per taste
  • Ajwain or kasuri methi - a pinch

How to make Crispy Bhature

  1. Sieve maida and add semolina together.
  2. Mix well, add curd, salt, ajwain and kasuri methi as per your choice.
  3. Knead the dough, pour a little bit oil after kneading a tight dough.
  4. Let it rest for half an hour, then deep fry the crispy bhature.
