Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Maida 1/2 kg
  2. Curd 1/2 - 1 cup
  3. Semolina 1 teaspoon
  4. Water as required
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Ajwain or kasuri methi - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida and add semolina together.
  2. Mix well, add curd, salt, ajwain and kasuri methi as per your choice.
  3. Knead the dough, pour a little bit oil after kneading a tight dough.
  4. Let it rest for half an hour, then deep fry the crispy bhature.
