Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Refined flour or maids 50 gms
  2. Rice flour 2 tbsp
  3. Suji or semolina 25 gms
  4. Grated coconut 100 gms
  5. Grated Date palm jaggery as per taste
  6. Little sugar say 1-2 tbsp
  7. Green cardamon powder 1 tsp
  8. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Make a batter with rice flour, semolina, refined flour, sugar and water.
  2. Make a stuffing with grated coconut, jaggery and cardamon powder for flavour.
  3. Cook the stuffing till the jaggery mixes well with the coconut and becomes sticky.
  4. Let the stuffing cool down.
  5. Now spread one ladle of batter in a nonstick pan,put some stuffing in the center and roll it.
  6. Grease the pan as required.
