ABOUT Fusilli Egg Pasta RECIPE

Pasta is a traditional Italian cuisine mainly contains Durum wheat Flour as the main ingredient. Many different kinds of pastas are available in all the supermarkets. In Italy Pasta served as a main course in all restaurants. I have used Fusilli, coloured Pasta which looks different. We bought this fusilli type of pasta in spain once we had a chance to visit there for holidays. We found many varieties of pasta sold in all small shops and in markets.This recipe is easily prepared in the morning time. Bachelors can try this recipe who are new to cooking. A healthy recipe for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300gm - Fusilli Pasta
  2. Onion large - 1
  3. Green Chillies chopped - 2
  4. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece grated
  5. Garlic crushed - 5 cloves
  6. Fresh Coriander chopped - 2 Tsp
  7. Tomatoes medium - 2
  8. Egg - 4
  9. Black Pepper freshly ground - 2 Tsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Oil for frying


  1. Cook pasta by adding equal quantities of water in a deep pan.
  2. While cooking, add some oil to ensure that the pasta does not stick together nor in the pan..
  3. Heat a separate pan with add oil, chopped onion, green chillies and saute on medium heat.
  4. Grind ginger, garlic and chopped coriander leaves into a paste. Add very little water. (to dissolve)
  5. Add this paste to the pan which has the frying onions and saute for 1 minute.
  6. After 3 - 4 minutes, add the tomato puree and salt.
  7. Let this mixture come to a boil.
  8. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir well. You can also beat the eggs together and add.
  9. Keep the stove on a low flame and cook.
  10. Add in the boiled pasta, also add some of the water too.
  11. Garnish with black pepper powder and serve hot.
  12. Fusilli Egg Pasta is ready for breakfast.
