Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. One coconut ( fine grated)
  2. One pack milkmade
  3. Two big spoon pure ghee
  4. One spoon sugar(if requir)
  5. 1/4 cup Dry fruits (chopped)
  6. One cup semolina
  7. 2 tbs all purpose flour
  8. 1 1/2 cup milk (normal)
  9. Pinch of salt
  10. Water as per require
  11. 1/2 spoon Saffron....soaked in warm milk


  1. In a bowl, soak semolina, flour and salt in milk for 30 min. And make a thick paste for pan cake....if require use water for consistency.
  2. Dry roast coconut with pure ghee. If coconut is dry add milkmade and saffron. And if requir add sugar also..it is as per taste
  3. Add dry fruits
  4. Stir for some time and keep for cooling.
  5. Now heat a nonstick tawa and grease it with ghee. Make small size and thin pan cakes.
  6. If made pan cakes than fill it with coconut mixture. Wrap it .
