ABOUT Instant potato chips RECIPE

No boiling required.....fry it ..eat it...tastes yum...only two ingredients.....add sendha namak you can eat it in fast also

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potatoes : 2 big size...washed and peeled
  2. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel...the potatoes
  2. With chips cutter cut raw potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai. Slow the flame put chips in kadai and deep fry on high flame till potato chips are golden & crisp. Keep aside.
  4. Let it cool down. Now sprinkle salt over it and mix well.
  5. Potato chips are ready to eat.
