I got idea of recipe when I saw lot of chapaties getting wasted.I thought of frying them by breaking into small pieces and adding curd at end to give a better taste.I later got idea to give shape of noodles to chapaties from google (madhurasrecipie.com)
not sure about the quantities..also..would love to see a picture.
