ABOUT Coconut fudge RECIPE

This is a mild flavour Barfi full of nutrition.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. sugar
  2. Sugar 150 gms
  3. Lauki -1kg
  4. Mava/khoya- 200 gm
  5. Dry nuts- as per taste and choice
  6. Salt- 2 pinch
  7. Ghee - 2 tblsp
  8. Coconut - 5 tblsp
  9. Elaichi powder- 3 tsp
  10. Coconut milk- 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash the lauki ,cut and deseed and grate it well
  2. ,take kadai,add ghee and then add lauki and fry it well and cover it for 5 minutes because it wil left water .
  3. Now open the cover fry again til water evaporate well.
  4. Now add coconut milk and stir well ..after 2-3 minutes add sugar and mava give a stir and fry it till milk evaporates....at this time add nuts like kaju,badam,melon seeds .
  5. When it became sticky ..at last add cardmom powder and mix well.
  6. Switch off the flame.
  7. Grease a plate with one drop of ghee and spread the mixture and keep it aside at least for one hour to set....after that cut in desired shape.
